Greetings,

I would like to take the time to introduce myself and a wonderful organization of HIGH SPIRITED, DEDICATED LADIES...

I'm a woman learning to Love Again and Heal from the Pain (L.A.A.P.H.)... I started this organization because I was dealing with so many emotions all at once that I needed sisterhood, somebody somewhere who had or was experiencing a broken love, continuous bad relationship choices, self disappointments, family disappointments, career failures, but somehow somewhere sought the strength (GOD) to move forward and not have a total breakdown, or turn to street drugs, alcohol, prescription drugs, crime, prostitution for money, and for the ones who did breakdown and turned to their worst enemy...how did you recover and are you willing to help pull up someone else?  I was going and going and determined to find my PURPOSE, PASSION, gain stability, and completion for I and my family.

I had made lots of choices that were not the best or in the best interest of my future but I will no longer hold myself hostage to others judgments or personal beliefs, I will no longer let family or friends hold me in bondage for my past, that part of my life is in my past and used only as a reference to what I won't go back to...I WILL KEEP PRESSING MY WAY!

Well I've always enjoyed writing, journalism, I've always loved people, everyone and considered my self a social butterfly with a really big and awesome heart...ONE PROBLEM...I had the temper of Satan when I got angry and I often reacted before I could think about consequences, a couple of times in the holding cell and it calmed me right on down LOL!...but true, cooling off period and court got expensive, so now that I've gone bankrupt...what do I do to turn thins around?!?!

I had this idea to start this group of women that would break all the odds and cliche's that black women/African america women could not uphold a sisterhood, we are not able to help one another, we could not be in the same place without problems...I wanted to create a group of women with imperfections, struggles, stories, bitterness, love, success, failures, sinners and Christians, and make them a group of MIGHTY POWER FOR OUR COMMUNITY...We will give back, we will share our pain, we will love again, we will heal and maintain healthy lives and relationships, we will support one another by doing so...Amen!
